CLEMSON — Eddie Radwanski knows how to build a program. He has done it in numerous places, so he is aware of what pieces need to be in place in order for a foundation to be laid.

While his Clemson women’s soccer team struggled through a brutally tough slate this season, he knew the team was getting closer and closer. It remains to be seen, but Thursday night’s 4-0 victory over Francis Marion may have served as the catapult that sends the program on to new heights.

In general, how difficult is it to play keeper?

“Keeper is an extremely hard position because you have a lot of people in front of you that you have to take care of. You can’t just take care of yourself because if you make a mistake, the ball is in the goal. You have to keep strong and confident and stay focused the entire time.”
