Where the IPTAY/Ticket office located and when are they open?
The IPTAY/Ticket offices are located at Memorial Stadium across from Littlejohn Coliseum. The offices are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. On home football game days the IPTAY/Ticket offices are open 4 hours before kick-off and close a half hour before the game starts.
What do my donations to IPTAY support?
Your donation supports the four priorities of IPTAY as reflected in the IPTAY Constitution.
The payment of the annual cost of athletic scholarship.
The payment or reimbursement of the operating expenses of IPTAY.
The establishment and maintenance of the reserve fund deemed appropriate by the IPTAY Board of Directors.
Any expenditure other than those established under the previous three priorities, shall be limited to either direct or indirect aids to the athletic program of Clemson University and must be approved by the IPTAY Board of Directors.
I’ve missed a few years of donating. Is there a way to pay for the years that I missed and increase my years of giving?
You can donate $250 dollars for every year that you missed to increase your years of giving and make sure that your IPTAY membership is for continuous years.
Is my IPTAY donation tax deductible?
Yes. The IRS has ruled that gifts to athletic booster clubs that provide preferential seating are 80% deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
Is there a way to establish an IPTAY membership in my company’s name?
Yes. Effective July 1, 2007, all new company memberships are required to be donors at the McFadden level ($5,600) or above. Annually, each company membership will be required to submit to the IPTAY Office a certificate of good standing and a tax-identification number or similar proof of company status. For more details, please contact the IPTAY office.
Does IPTAY have a matching gifts program?
Yes. IPTAY will accept matching funds. Please consult with the Human Resources department at your company to determine if they will match to an athletic program.
